Talent identification and development remains the most focused and talked about issues in professional domain. However, a majority of talent identification and development programs remain superficial and has not much to cater the purpose. PSF Mumbai finds the dearth of this work and ensures to rope in talents by identifying their skills and talents and guide them in the right direction by developing them. We have different talent hunt and development programs run by professionals to benefit the students and professionals.
