• Offering Career & job guidance to students and unemployed youth – and giving them Industry interface and exposure sessions to job seekers to give an edge.
• Inculcating talents among the professionals by engaging them in constructive and alternate arts/cultural activism (poetry, cartoon making, documentary, etc.)
• Social media and all other forms of digital media activism to showcase the perspective of the PSF on issues of professionals. 
• Taking up Charity Projects.
• Serving the professional fraternity through activities such as workshops, seminars and other training programs.
• Conducting moral and ethical training sessions for working professionals.
• Engaging them in social service activities for the community diverse domains including Education, Livelihood, Healthcare and others.
• Facilitates professionals to better serve the down trodden in coordination with other like-minded NGOs.
• Create awareness among professionals about the importance of philanthropy & community service.
• Taking up any other activity approved by Core Committee.
